the program "freezes" my pc

Hello. I have installed the program in a PC with windows XP, but when I start it, the pc freezes and I have to reset.
Is there a minimum pc configuration needed?
Hello,
which version did you try? the 32-bit or the 64-bit? If you are unsure please try the 32-bit version. I haven’t tested under Windows XP admittedly, but Win7,8 and 10 are fine.
